i. The details of technical features sought are:

  8. .24 X 7 management and support
  9. .99.9% service availability guarantee 
  10. .PC mail access through Outlook 2003, with licenses included
  11. .Global Address Book, Distribution List
  12. .Shared company address book, shared calendar, cached email mode support
  13. .Web mail access through Web browser
  14. .Outlook 2003 access through Internet
ii. The financial quote may be specified for:

  1. .Aggregate Mailbox storage Charge for 20 GB space with facility to re-allocate the quota using the web-based administration portal.
  2. .Administrative Setup charges (one time), if any Per Mailbox
  3. .Annual Recurring Charges per mail box
  4. .Additional storage (Aggregated) cost per GB per annum
iii. General conditions:

The proposals should be submitted in a sealed cover superscribed as “Proposal for ready to access mail service”, addressed to the Secretary, Coffee Board, No. 1, Dr. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bangalore 560 001, and so as to reach on or before 3 p.m. on 23.11.2007. The proposals will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders present.

Coffee Board reserves the right of rejecting all or any one of the proposal without assigning any reason for so doing. The acceptance of the proposal will be intimated to the concerned by the Board.
