SHORT TERM TENDER NOTIFICATION |
Sealed quotations are invited from authorised valuers for profession charges in percentage on the value of the building for assessment of value of the warehouse of Coffee Board situated at NMPT, Mangalore and to furnish a valuation report on or before 04.08.2008. The profession charges shall be inclusive of site visit and applicable taxes.
The warehouse is of area 2165 Sq mts. The building constructed during 1990 is a column structure with steel trusses and AC sheet roof. The floor is of industrial purpose CC floor. There are 7 Nos steel rolling shutters and a big steel door. Presently the warehouse is being used by M/s Aspinwall & Co Ltd as store yard.
More details on the existing structure can be had from the undersigned. The payment to the accepted tenderer will be made only after acceptance of the valuation report by the competent authority in the Coffee Board.
The sealed quotations shall reach the office of the under signed at the latest by 3.30 PM on 28.07.2008. The sealed quotations will be opened in a committee constituted for the purpose, at 4.00PM on 28.07.2008 in the presence of interested bidders. The intimation of acceptance of the quotation will be communicated to the successful tenderer only after approval from the competent authority.
