Terms and conditions:
The quotation /Performa should be accompanied by illustrated brochures /leaflets giving full details about the product quoted, the make and model should be clearly specified, the applicable duty taxes and other charges if any should be clearly specified. The quotations should be accompanied by users list with full address and phone / fax numbers especially of Govt. Organisations /reputed firms. Authorised dealer or agents are required to send the supporting documents to the effect. After sales and services facilities/warranty offered need to be indicated clearly. The instruments /equipments have to be supplied and installed in our laboratories at the below given address unless specified otherwise. If any additional specifications is there the same may be clearly mentioned in the quotation. The tender will be opened in the presence of the committee formed by Director of Research. The Director of Research reserves the right to either to accept or reject the whole tender or any one of the tenders without assigning any reasons.
