Sub:- Purchase of HP-LaserJet and Epson Dot-Matrix Printers – submission of quotation -reg.
Coffee Board is intending to purchase HP LaserJet Printers, HP Scan Jet Photo Scanner and Epson Heavy Duty Dot-matrix Printer for use in Export Section under buy back. The details of printers to be disposed off are given below:

Accredited HP/EPSON Resellers/Authorized Dealers appointed by the manufacturing company may send their quotation for supply of the following items in a sealed envelop duly super scribed the envelop as
“Quotation for supply of HP-LaserJet and Epson Printer for Export Section” addressed to “The Secretary, Coffee Board, No.1, Dr. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bnagalore -560 001”.

The discretion to finalize the make/model of the printers is wholly vested with the Board and no justification/clarification by the Dealers/Distributors/Traders shall be entertained. Quotations will be opened on 29/01/2008 before a Committee at 3.30 P.M. interested questioners may be present at the time of opening the quotation. This Notification may be downloaded from Website www.indiacoffee.org .
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION:
1. The quotation should be accompanied by the product brochure having technical features and a copy of the valid certificate issued by the manufacturing company in respect of authorized dealership.
2. The last date for receipt of sealed quotation either by through post or in person is 5.00 P.M on 25/01/2008.
3. The rate to be quoted in the quotation is inclusive of all taxes, supply, installation and demonstration in the office of the Coffee Board at Export Section. >Buy back rates may be shown in the quotation separately. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject the buyback offer without assigning any reasons.
4. The VAT/TIN registration number and PAN/TAN of Income Tax should be indicated clearly.
5. The Board reserves the right to cancel the quotation either in whole or part of the items mentioned without assigning any reason, but it is not open for the quotationer to withdraw his offer once the quotation is accepted.
