Quotation is invited for supply of EPSON DFX-9000 Dot Matrix Printers – 2nos. In this connection, you are requested to offer rate for supply of the said printer indicating your concurrence to the following:

1. Providing Service:
   During warranty providing service from the factory trained personnel After warranty, at the option of the purchaser, to extend the service from the factory trained personnel at the rate as normally fixed by the EPSON or by the coffee Board on mutual agreement, whichever is lower.
2. Providing Spare Parts:
   At the option of the purchaser, supply of spare parts required at the time of any repairs to the said printer
3. Delivery Duration :
   The printer should be supplied within 4 weeks of placing the order. Any delay would attract penalty @of 0.5% per week of the order value.
   The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all without assigning any reasons.
   
   The quotation may be sent in a sealed cover superscribing as “Quotation for supply of EPSON DFX 900 Dot Matrix Printer to Coffee Board “ addressed to Shri N.V. Nagarajaiah, Dy.Director (P&C), Coffee Board, No. 1. Dr. Ambedkar Road, Bangalore-560 001 by registered post on or before 25.06.2009.
