Sealed Percentage tenders are invited on be half of the Chairman, Coffee Board, Bangalore 560 001 up to 3.00 p.m on 07.11.2007 by the undersigned from the registered contractors of CPWD and those of appropriate class in MES, Railways, or State PWD with valid Registration Certificate for carrying the following work.

The Tender schedule can be down loaded from Coffee Board Website www.indiacoffee.org The sealed tender forms will be received by the Director of Research, Central Coffee Research Institute, Coffee Research Station – 577 177, Balehonnur, Chikmagalur up to 3.00 p.m., on 07.11.2007. The sealed tender shall be accompanied by the EMD as mentioned above in the form of the Demand Draft in favour of "Coffee Board, General Fund A/c No.1” purchased in any one of the scheduled Bank payable at Bangalore along with the copy of the Contractors Registration Certificate, Sales Tax & Income Tax particulars submitted for the previous financial year (latest one), Work Experience Certificate as mentioned in the terms & conditions. The tenders received without the above enclosures will be summarily rejected. The sealed tender forms so received will be opened in the Coffee Board, Head Office, Bangalore. The Chairman of the Coffee Board reserves the right either to accept or reject the whole tender or any one of the tender without assigning any reasons.
