This tender is for conversion of LT metring to HT metering under Self Execution Works.It is the responsibility of the Contarctor to Liason with BESCOM /CEIG and all concerned authorities towards filing application, following & obtaining approval of drawings/scheme . Obtaining clearance from Electrical Inspectorates for the installation & arranging servicing of the installation before handing over of the project as agreed.Rate shall include all such activities.

COMPACT SUBSTATION
Compact substation comprising of following 1 no 11KV incoming VCB 1 no Metering cubicle as per BESCOM norms 1 No VCB for Transformer protection 1 No 250KVA oil filled ,off circuit load tap changer Transformer 11000/433 V, 5% impedence, copper wound ONAN outdoor with unidirectional roller type. 1 No 400 A 4 pole MCCB. The compact susbstation shall be manufactured as per relavant IEC and IS standards.The compact substation unit should have approval of BESCOM. The rate shall also include the cost of RCC foundation. EARTHING
Supplying fixing and wiring earth electrode using 40.mm dia 2.90mm thick 2.5.mtr. Long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400x400x400.mm with a cast iron cover, The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12.mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150.mm alround with alterate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the pipe to the bottom of the CC chamber.
