ANNEXURE – I
Terms & Conditions for Consultants:

The Consultant will have to submit the design, plan & estimate to Coffee Board both in hard copy and soft copy.

The Consultant will have to carry out the work as per approved design within the time schedule.

The Consultant will have to submit the completion report with satisfactory certificate for quality & quantity of work executed.

The Consultant will have to furnish the guarantee period for the materials used in the constructions and furnish the undertaking of replacement of damaged materials within the guarantee period. The materials shall be of approved quality as per DBT guidelines.

The consultant will have to co-ordinate with the Coffee Board for obtaining necessary statutory clearances from concerned Government Departments.

The consultant will have to co-operate with the Coffee Board to modify accordingly if any change in the design is required during the construction of the Green house. Any financial implication of such changes will have to be settled by negotiation.
