Supply of Polybutene smeared poly propelene panels (Cross vane traps) |
Quotations are invited for the supply of polybutene glue smeared poly propylene panels. Specifications are given below and the interested manufacturers requested to quote their rates per unit containing two panels as shown in the figure. The interested parties are requested to contact/visit Central Coffee Research Institute to have a first hand look at the design of the cross vane sticky traps if necessary.
SPECIFICATION:
Size of the polypropylene sheet ( thickness 2mm ) - 18 x 10 inches (h x b)
poly butane glue smear thickness - not less than 0.3mm
Quantity required (each cross vane trap) - 50,000 (cross vane)
( Each cross vane trap contains two panels of 18 x 10”). The Centre of the each panel shall contain hole of 5 cm decimeters ( please see the diagram))
