INVITING SEALED QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY OF POLYETHYLENE TRANSPARENT PLASTIC VIALS |
Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of polyethylene transparent plastic vials. Specifications are given below and the interested manufactures requested to quote their rates for the vials as shown in the figure. The interested parties may contact/Visit Central Coffee Research Institute to have a first hand look at the design of the vial.
SPECIFICATION:
Size of the polypropylene sheet ( thickness 2mm ) - 25 ml with tight screw cap of polyethylene
material.The cap has to be provided with a hook for hanging
Vials numbers required - 1.0 lakh
Packing cartons - 4000 separately supplied
each carton shall hold 25 numbers of the vials

While quoting the rates, applicable VAT transportation and packing costs and how much duration will take to supply after placing the order should be clearly mentioned along with terms and conditions on or before 7.12.2007. The suppliers may please visit our website (www. indiacoffee .org) The tender will be opened in the presence of the committee formed by Director of Research. The Director of Research , Coffee Board, reserves the rights either to accept or to reject the whole tender or any one of the tenders without assigning any reason.
