INVITING SEALED QUOTATIONS FOR FABRICATION OF BROCA TRAPS AND VIALS:
Sealed quotations are invited for the manufacture and supply of polypropylene broca traps bottle and vials . These bottles are required to be manufactured using the DIE (Prepared using oil hardened nitrile steel with hardened guide pin, stripper plates and plating finish) available with us. Once your quotation is accepted the DIE will be provided to you for manufacturing the bottles as per our order and the DIE should be returned immediately after the use. While taking delivery of the DIE, you should give an under taking that the DIE will not be used for any other purpose other than executing our order. You are required to submit the quotation in sealed covers to The Director of Research, Central Coffee Research Institute(CCRI), Coffee Research Station -577 117 On or before 18.05.2009. The quotation should be super scripted QUOTATION OF MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLYING BERRY BORER TRAPS AND VIALS. Further you may visit CCRI to see the sample of the trap and DIE. While quoting the rates applicable VAT, transportation and packing costs and time required to supply after placing order should be clearly mentioned along with terms and condition. The tender will be opened in the presence of the committee formed by Director of Research . The Director of Research, Coffee Board, reserves the right either to accept or to reject the whole tender or any one of the tenders without assigning any reason. The specifications of the bottles are as follows.
I-Polypropylene bottles
Measurement: Total length: 11 inches with two portions ( the upper portion, 5
inches and bottom portion 6 inches, with five windows in the
upper portion and two small holes in the lower portion) Width: Widest portion (middle) 3 inch and the two ends 1.25
Inch. The bottom portion needs to be connected to the top
portion by threading.
Material :
The bottles are to be prepared using polypropylene injection grade Material (H 100 to H 250 series)
Thickness:
top portion- 1.2mm and bottom portion -0.7-0.8 Color of the material: white transparent.
Accessories required : Two nos.of hanging pins/wire of about 10cm length to be provided with hook like structure on one end.
Packing : 25 bottles to be packed in a polythene cover and sealed
Total number required: 2, 50,000 (Two Lakh fifty thousand Only)
Delivery : At Central Coffee Research Institute, Coffee Research Station
II – Polyethylene Transparent plastic Vials
Measurement : 25ml with tight screw cap of polyethylene material with inner cap l. The cap has to be provided with a hook for hanging
Packing : 25 such vials to be packed along with the 25 above mentioned bottles in each packet
Total numbers required 2,50,000 (Two Lakh fifty thousand Only)
III - Plastic containers: Plastic Containers of 250 ml capacity with tight screw cap and inner seal
Total Numbers required : 10,000 numbers
