SUPPLY OF POLYBUTENE SMEARED POLY PROPYLENE PANELS (CROSS VANE TRAPS)

Quotations are invited for the supply of polybutene glue smeared poly propylene panels. The specifications are given below. The interested manufacturers are requested to quote unit cost consisting of two panels as shown in the figure. They may visit the Central Coffee Research Institute to see the design of the cross vane sticky traps if necessary.

SPECIFICATION

Size of the polypropylene sheet (thickness 2mm)          -18 x l0 inches (h x b)
Polybutene glue smear thickness                                   - not less than 0.3mm
Quantity required (each cross vane trap)                      - 25,000 (cross vane)

(Each cross vane trap contains two panels of 18 x 10”). The Centre of the each panel shall contain hole of 5cm diameter (Please see the diagram)

While quoting the rates, the applicable VAT should be clearly mentioned along with terms and conditions.

The last date for receiving the sealed quotations is on or before 24th of June 2009
