Coffee Board Participates in Bip-Fach -04 Nurnberg

Coffee Board participated in BioFach 04 held in Nurnberg, Germany from 1911 to 22nd Feb-04. Bio-Fach is the largest international organic trade fair sponsored by IFOAM with close to 2000 exhibitors from over 69 countries in the world participating in it. It is the largest International fair that provides world wide market for high quality organic products like fresh and processed food, natural cosmetics, beverages etc. Over 30,000 organic products dealers visited this event from all over the world. In the Board's Bio coffee stall various aspects of exhibits showing organic coffee cultivation was displayed. Certified organic coffee samples of both arabica and robusta varieties, collected from different coffee plantations in Karnakata, Tamilnadu and Kerala States also were on display along with publicity literature. Hundreds of traders visited our stall. The Consulate General of India, Munich also visited the Board's stall. The visitors were briefed on the specialty and organic coffee grown in India.
